Offset Printing
in Metro Manila
Plate 01 is the machine we built our name on. Past 1,000 pieces, nothing beats offset — the cost per unit keeps falling while the color stays Pantone-true.
Pay for setup once. Then every sheet after that gets cheaper.
Offset works by transferring ink from custom-made plates onto paper. The plates are the fixed cost — and because we make them ourselves with in-house Computer-to-Plate, your setup is faster, tighter and cheaper than at printers who send plates out.
- Lowest cost per piece on any run of 1,000 units or more — the economics simply tip in your favor.
- Color digital can't touch — exact Pantone matching, dense solids, razor-fine detail.
- Any stock, any size — thin book paper to heavy packaging board.
- Finishing on the same floor — die-cutting, folding, binding, lamination, foil.

Offset, answered
When is offset cheaper than digital?
From about 1,000 units up. Below that, Plate M — digital — usually wins on both speed and price. Borderline? The Print Lab will call it for you.
How long does an offset job take?
Depends on quantity and finishing — but plates, press and finishing all happen on our floor, so we move faster than printers who outsource. Tell us your date and we'll be straight about it.
Do you handle finishing too?
All of it: cutting, die-cutting, folding, binding, lamination and foil stamping, in-house, as part of the same ticket.
